Who We Are Looking For

We look for local businesses that handle things like:

• Flooded basement cleanup
• Water damage repair and rebuild
• Storm and burst pipe damage

What We Expect

Homeowners are often scared and new to this. We ask providers to be patient and clear.

• Hold the licenses and insurance your state requires
• Give written quotes with a clear scope
• Explain your drying plan in plain words
• Answer homeowner calls and follow up
• Be honest about timing and availability
• Never pressure a homeowner to sign on the spot

We do not accept providers who cut corners. We make no promise about how many calls you will receive.
