We want every homeowner who reaches out to Convinceexplanation Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You are welcome to contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed from it. Please understand that Convinceexplanation Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We reply by email to confirm we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
